1. Subscription and Renewals

By subscribing to our meal plans, you authorize us to charge your account periodically in advance for the subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes or charges, until you cancel.
If you decide to cancel your upcoming renewal subscription, we offer the option to do so up to 48 hours before the last day of your current subscription.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Once your initial order is submitted, or your renewal payment is processed, we're immediately on it, which means we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for any reason.

3. Delivery Policy

Please ensure the delivery details you provide are accurate. If an address is inaccurate or the Cooler bag is to be left at your door at your request, please note we cannot be held liable for any compensation due to loss or damage thereafter.

4. Subscription Pausing

Pauses and resumptions need to be requested 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. The 5-day trial plan does not include the pause option, but we're here to help find a plan that fits your needs. You can pause your deliveries for a total combined duration of 30 delivery days.

5. Subscription Modifications

To ensure the quality of your meals, we order ingredients and prepare your food one day in advance of delivery. Because of this careful preparation process, we ask you to expect a 48 hour grace period to apply changes on any of your requested modifications.

6. Caloric Intake

We strive to meet the specified calorie intake for each of our meal plans; however, the exact calorie content may vary slightly from day to day. This variation is due to the natural differences in ingredients and the specific dishes selected for each day's menu. We ensure that these variations are minimal and within a range that maintains the nutritional integrity of your meal plan.

7. Cooler Bags

Deliveries come with a cooler bag for a refundable fee of 100 AED ensuring your meals stay fresh. Please maintain a daily smooth cooler bag exchange and ensure all delivered cooler bags are returned to us in the same condition they were received, in order for the deposit to be refunded.

8. Communication Channels

When you provide us with your contact information, you're assuring us that all methods of communication, such as WhatsApp, Email, and phone number, are active and reachable. It's crucial that these details remain current to ensure you don't miss out on any important updates, renewal reminders, or communications from us. Should there be any changes to your contact information, it is your responsibility to inform us promptly. Its our responsibility to ensure your correspondence is received between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm daily.

9. Secure Payments

The security of your personal and payment information is our top priority. We adhere to strict data protection protocols and comply with relevant data security laws and regulations, including GDPR policies for all customers and PCI DSS standards for payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely, ensuring that your data remains safe and private. Should you have any concerns about the security of your information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

10. Dietary Restrictions and Client Eligibility

We will regrettably be unable to accept clients who:

  • Cannot consume raw food.
  • Cannot ingest cooked onions and garlic.
  • Are diagnosed with celiac disease or have a severe nut allergy.
Our kitchen is not certified as gluten-free or nut-free, which prevents us from guaranteeing the absence of cross-contamination with such allergens. This policy is in place to protect the health of our clients with serious allergies or dietary restrictions.

11. Other Considerations

  • "Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE".
  • "Visa, Amex, MasterCard or debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment".
  • "The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency".
  • "We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries".
  • "Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website".
  • "Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.colourmyplate.ae policies and rules".
